So I downloaded the mod...and I have Win RAR archiver, but i can't extract the file or do anything with it...what do I do?

@eabaum85 So you downloaded it straight from the website, it "opened" up after intsalling but nothing came up? That's kind of strange... try using IE8 if your using Chrome or Firefox, try installing it again.

@DanielChe6 Found it out...the file was corrupted because i was missing like 1KB of the download lol...well it works now.
