The music is an excerpt from a song called "Tom Baker" by the Human League. BAKER was also the name of an underwater nuclear weapons test in 1946.

This video is called "Welcome to Earth" not to welcome the bomb but to show any visiting aliens what they can expect from Earth's ruling species. We have the technology to protect ourselves and we will use nuclear weapons if we feel it is necessary. So don't mess with us!
