  • Quite by accident I'm on 3 too now. I woke up with a cold tuesday morning and bought some nicotine gum. I'm getting better now, but I'm trying to hold out a little longer. Today I bought those inhaler thingies because I was missing the ritual and was running out of gum... I prefer the gum. I've never tried the patches, but I like the gum a lot because you can control the dosage very easily and it hits pretty fast.

  • Good for you! Keep going with the nicotine gum!

    Out of all the Nicotine products out there, the Nicotine Gum is my favorite and works great for me. In July when I quit for a couple days, I used the gum, and I actually got addicted to the gum and I loved it..lol - better than smoking cigs thou!

  • Well Day 3 was no picnic, but I made it through into Day 4 without having not even one puff or drag of a cigarette..

    I might of had trouble with the nicotine patch, because I was craving nicotine way more than I should have. So around 7pm I took the old one off and applied a new one in a different location, and now I feel much much better..

    I hope tomorrow will be nice - lol
