Always remember this rule. Insurance companies are not your friends.
Always get estimates from an honest contractors from your area.
If the adjuster's estimate is much lower from your contractors call your agency, the adjuster's supervisor, or the State Department of Insrance. If nothing works call your lawyer. Do not use arbitration to settle your claim. Call your lawyer, you will be glad you did. :-)
