see thats what is wrong... if a person isnt doing anything but goin to get some food, a cop can forcefully reach his hand into his vehicle, its not like porter committed any crime except being harassed and not wanting to get out of hi car... glad this case got thrown out but it jsut shows how some cops think they are more imortant than what they really are

Its a shame his has to start his career with the cardinals with another blemish on his long record, I don't know what it is with steelers players but they always seem to get into trouble with the law or their personal demons. Only player on the cards that has gotten into trouble was Jake Plummer with the college girls or some shit like that. Hope Porter can shape up though and avoid trouble for his 3 year.

His Blood Alcohol tests came back at .07 and .08 with an margin of error of .02. Legal limit is .08. He won't get a DUI and the other trumpt up charges will probably get thrown out or reduced.

The way they explain it the Cops had no good reason to go over and question him as pulling into a taco bell parking lot isnt a crime.... Unless they can smell alcohol from 15 feet away this was racial prophiling &/or Harrasement.

Did you not watch the video? He wasnt pulled over. He was parked in a Taco Bell parking lot and the Cops decided to approach him. Did he swerve when he parked in the parking lot.. dunno.. they dont say... But DA dropped all charges as I said they would. The question now is would they still of been dropped if he wasnt a hi profile black dude.

I think you're missing the point. They had no reason to aproach him in his car in the first place. Just to harrass & snoop around for reasons to arrest or cite somebody. If you pulled up to & parked at a taco bell & cops came up to your car & asked you a bunch of questions basically harrassing you. Whether you had something to hide or not you wouldnt think thats wrong?

All those trumpt up charges the DA had to dismiss proves what the Cops motives were
