was a Pepsi person for a long time...even became a shareholder in the Pepsico...then the unthinkable happened...they put a muslima in charge. Then the whole operation started going downhill...Refreshe sports drink was just bottled Kool Aid...small example of how that muslima has ruined that company. Am now slowly starting to enjoy Coke...even though the Mormons bought into the company and the Coke company turned down Ted Turner's offer to buy it.
This is the UK version: the reference is to "Coca cola" and not "coca cola classic" at 0:29 and 0:39 ... it really doesn't sound right. But they had to do this since there was never any reference to Coca Cola "classic" in the UK. There was never any "New" coke in the UK ... it was always just "Coca Cola"
A joyful and great reunion. Too bad Coke wasn't the "real thing" anymore. I can remember watching the original commercial in 1971-to this day, whenever they do the Top Ten Commercials the original Hilltop coke commercial is always number one. As far a i can tell, it will always be Number One! Coke really screwed up when they went from cane sugar to syrup. i used to drink Coke al the time up until the 80's-now I drink Pepsi. Coke doesnt taste like it used to-more like battery acid, now.
In 1990, "coca-cola" was no longer the "real thing", Between the original advert and this one, we went through the "New Coke" debacle, which was just a way to throw people off so they wouldn't recognize the switch from pure cane sugar to corn syrup.
You can still buy "real Coke", with cane sugar, just not from Coca-Cola, Inc.
Only capitalism could bring together people who would otherwise kill each other if they met, to bring us cars, computers, oil, and yes, cheesy soft drinks. Thank Capitalism for this.
Nice! Though, the difference is that the Super Bowl version in the United States had the phrase 'Can't Beat the Feeling' appeared on screen and sung and the other in the United Kingdom had the phrase 'You Can't Beat the Feeling was sung twice at the 0:53-1:01 marks and on screen. Anyhow, thanks for the upload! Greetings from the United States of America!
All we need now is to redo this, but with the grandchildren in it!

It does sound odd not to hear the kids sing "Coca Cola Classic" as in my memory.
Has the American version been posted?

@er6789er, my eyes filled up watching this, too. Beautiful. I was around for the original one as well.

Maybe our Congressman should take a hint from all this. Get along and solve our problems instead of fighting out it.
