This is awesome!...excellent key points. Great breakdown. Honest and sincere...which makes even MORE valuable to those of us who have also been reading and studying and attending seminars...lol. Thanks man...I'll definitely be sharing.

Well I just don't believe that a Mastermind Group is needed in achieving our goals in life. What I want is going to be different than what you want, so how can you get the emotion that is needed to make things happen if it's not important to you or your to me? That's the only thing I don't agree with in Think and Grow Rich. I have achieved all of my goals on my own so I just don't see why you need a room full of people to make things happen.
It would be possible to tape a little fragment of one of your meetings? I'm curious about forming my own mastermind group, but I'd love to see an example of one.
We aren't taping our meetings at this time, although that's a great idea! Our meetings are essentially round-robin updates on our respective projects, and encouragement and feedback on how to overcome challenges.
Having participated in many groups in the past, I've found that they all develop their own dynamic. There are no two masterminds that are alike. I recommend that you to set your intention for the group, start meeting RIGHT AWAY, and adjust as you go along.
Great stuff Philipp! The Master Mind is one of the best kept secrets among the super-successful. The three keys are dead on for making a Master Mind work!
@ThisLifeIsGreat Well not every super successful person used this Mastermind Group thing. I used The Secret and now I have a life that others only others dream of and it keeps getting better. The Secret didn't talk about this, nor did The Science of Getting Rich, The Strangest Secret or any of Abraham Hicks teachings and all of these that I have mentioned has made thousands if not millions of people successful wealthy people.
After 8 years of facilitation in all sorts of stakeholder groups and forums I have witnessed the wisdom and the power of the group triumph over individual effort hundreds and hundreds of times.
I can really relate to what you are saying here about the group. Nice one. Deano
Definitely agree with the accountability part. When I run mastermind groups we set the contract upfront.
I find the 8 is the ideal number for a mastermind group and that there should be a definite facilitator (normally me). Every week may be a little much, I normally do it monthly.

What am I focusing on...giving or getting? Giving is better!
Accountability - hold others accountable as well as myself.
Commitment - how committed am I?
Got it.. many thanks. Our Mastermind starts tomorrow, so this was timely... I'm really looking forward to it.
