Personally there isnt much diff from Fabianski and De gea. Only that De gea made his name in a league where goalies are not manhandled and Fabianski is making his name in a league where goalies are raped constantly by giants.
goalkeeper is the toughest position to play in at any level , but at the top level like this , one mistake and people are on your back , that is why he struggled in the games following the Porto match , but since the match v Chelsea in 2010 . he has excelled a tremendous amount and won us matches against , wolves , everton , Manchester city with man of the match performances . i rate him and szczesney very highly
Fabianski is a great keeper, but he isn't consistent, and is prone to silly errors. But then, so is Almunia. I like Fabianski, I think he is our greatest keeper, he just needs to be consistent and improve his overall gameplay

he's proved what a good shot stopper he is during the first half of this season. he isn't the best with decision making but he can work on that and perhaps challenge szczesny in the future. though the likelihood is he'll make a fine second choice keeper if he stays with us. and that's no insult.

When I first watched him play he definently had inexperience and I felt sorry for the guy but ever since he has got a hell load better. He still makes mistakes but he is turning into a top class goalkeeper, Scezney is good too but I prefer Fabianski.
He did some mistakes.. thats true. But look at Cech on Euro 2008 against Turkey and look Van Der Sar few weeks ago. We are just people, nobody is machine. Fabianski will proof that he is on of the best goalies in Premier League.

The toughest decision wenger has all summer is deciding which one of these starts as number 1.
You only need to watch this to know wenger almost certainly won't buy a keeper.
A month ago I would've said szcezny is much better but looking back fabiankski made some outstanding saves and won us games....tough decision

Very good shot stopper but not the at all great with crosses. Think Neuer or Stekelenburg are a must for next season
