Like, how did she get past Death? He totally wrecks up Alucard's shit when they first meet, right?

Which is why when you finally fight Death with Alucard, it's a TOTALLY DIFFERENT DEATH. Shaft had to resurrect his ass again with a new sprite and everything.

She got past the spike hallway to the Silver Ring room by leaping there, from the ground, effortlessly.

You mean PS1? No but she is playable in the DXC bonus SotN in PSP, although the Maria there is way too weak compared to this one.

If it's the Saturn version, she's already usable from the beginning, if it's the DXC port, you'll have to beat the game with Alucard and then start a new one with "Maria" as the name.
