@cicodelico I have seen i think around 400-500 of your vids so far, the best channel i have found on youtube related to my own personal tastes but this is the most intense one :) I was watching across 110th street and there is a scene when one of the thieves is escaping on foot and the cops are chasing them with a car i think, and it was like a crazy blizzard storm!!! exactly like this, but thank you my search is not over :)
