Excuse me experts ... how long have you been in the NHL? NO ONE can call themselves an expert unless they've played the highest level of the game. First off, you cannot hit the puck out of the air. That's incorrect. Secondly, there are many different directions to win a faceoff, not just "bring it back" that's retarded.

Just for an example the Swedish hockey league Allsvenskan is a league of pro´s!

True to a certain extent, although if you understand why certain players use certain techniques you can make a more informed decision as to which method you want to use yourself. For example, turning the lower hand around puts your arm in a more natural pulling position, lining up the muscles and tendons to draw the puck bacwards quicker between the legs. Of course you've got to get to the puck first and dependant on where you want to put it is how you will position your mitt.
