Khalid...these other comments are correct. That is not fast lock and block. There are other demos here of serrada by Guro Carlito Bonjoc that show fast lock and block that are very accurate and effective.

Not fast, but who cares... Energy is at the end of the stick not middle. Utilize the stick.. Not bad for basics..

very fast for the amount of moves Antonio

is doing, within humanly possible.

He is NOT SKIPPING any move, and yet still arriving at the TARGET. Most

"fast" lock & blockers actually just move

IN THE AIR, and dont actually 'arrive' at

any target at all. Stick must arrive at a

target and still must be as fast as you can

be.

I can go faster and make all the contact I want to the target. In a real fight all you might be able to do is deflect the stick and hit the target when you get the chance.
