    It is saturated fats which are not only the most stable ones for cooking (polyunsats are highly unstable), but are also necessary for long-term, healthy funcioning of your body's metabolic processus including hormone and cellular production.

    The replacement of saturated fats in our traditional diets with modern polyunsats has led to epedemic increases in cardio-vascular disease and cancer.

    Please update your research!

  • monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are not actually healthier. Coconut oil and butter are good for you, grapeseed and olive, but never heated. Raw animal fat is the best you can get.

  • I thought that Saturated fats were good for us?
