They wasn't supposed to mention the international streaming 'cus, although the audio is available worldwide the video stream was only supposed to be able to be viewed by the UK viewers. International viewers had to use a proxy server to trick the software used to stream the service into thinking they were in the UK, thus breaking the end user agreement, meaning they were using the software to view it illegally. Because of the way the BBC is funded this would have pissed off daily mail readers.

No its available in a range of coutries legally. They often mention viewers from Austrilia, America, Scandinavia. Thee BBC is available around the world
