Looks more like a cardio kickboxing class like you'd find at the local youth center or in shape sports club. Doesn't strike me as either the martial art or the competitive fighting sport.

I too practice martail arts.

In training there are many different ways of conditioning.

All have there place.

All they are doing is practicing technique which helps with fighting.........

Ring fitness is what they will do next after they have better form..........

I think they are on the right track.........
