For all of you wondering, this is a failure of a human rights bill. One bill says "You can't record without consent" therefore things like this clip would be dispensable as evidence. Thus there's lack of proof and the charges get dropped on lack of evidence. Thank the human rights act for poor, general wording.

@Ebsteins31653. I can't even begin to describe how many things are wrong with your comment. Europe is not a country, and also please try not to associate Britain with Europe. Since when has SWAT become an umbrella term for all armed police? Nobody seems to realise that they're American.
@ririshow Some British people, me included, don't like the idea that Britain is part of the European Union and would rather have a state more like the USA. also the fact that we don't use the Euro and are an island also makes a lot of people feel separated from mainland Europe.
You live in a democracy my friend. When a majority of Brits voted a while ago to become a EU member, Uk became de facto a EU country. The fact that you guys do not share the euro is irrelevant. In fact the majority of EU countries do not have the euro as their currency.
As for the future, we will see. Another financial crisis and you might well be forced to ask to join the euro.
@ririshow The case is that the Pound was higher in value than the Euro and if we had changed, many people would have lost out. I see it being unlikely for us to ever change to the Euro due to the heritage of the Pound.
the other thing you have to remember is that when we became an EU, member it was a whole different era, and since then, many people feel that we are supporting the bloodsuckers of the union, for a better way to put it. And are receiving very little in return.

The first one was called SWAT and they were American (LAPD) but the term is used now for all tactical units. The US is not a single unified national police force so each local dept has it's own name for their units. Also it doesn't refer to "all armed police" seeing as how that's every single police officer in the US and most other countries.
@win70supershadow i agree with you mostly but i always though that SWAT stands for Special Weapons and Tactics, and was only used for groups with that specialisation. I'm English so i dont know for sure.

@10gacituao on the mp5 there are three different types of fire modes single round, three round burst and full automatic and CO19 don't use the Glock 26 is the Glock 17 9mm with holopoint rounds
@xboxboff but co19 use different mp5's which only allow semi auto firing ( although they do sometimes use G36's and AUG which can be fully auto), and some metro police use glock 26's but most use glock 17's.
I have nothing but the utmost respect' and admiration for Londons Charlie Oscar19!! They are profoundly dedicated, forward thinking, and perhaps the very best tactical polive SWAT with our Europen country.
