Guile's theme was Phantom Bomb. This one was more of Zangief's theme.

@jhunhoom We agree on Guile, I'd be hard pressed to disagree with you on the Frozen Mist theme belonging to D. Dark, but Flash Train seems more of Area's theme than Zangief's. I may be wrong, but it doesn't quite fit Zangief...
