Highs & Lows, balancing. For me & others on other meds that slow us down & pack on pounds:Coffee is kind of a counter balancing med -it's side effects are giving High Energy (then comes the Crash) & can help with appetite. You mentioned dieting recently - diets suck & it's slow steady lifestyle changes, that work. I'd rather be overweight than paranoid and delusional. So I take um'. I need more exercise & it is hard with illness sometimes to do. In any case, hope you are feeling better. :O)
