Christophe from Analogue was actually not trying to sound like Billy. Not like those cheesy cover bands that intentionally try to become SP literally. Christophe's voice has more range now, and has less of a Billy voice, go to myspace dot com/analogueworld and you will be pleasantly surprised.
the opening riff exposes guitar work far inferior to that of Corgan. He doesn't sustain the notes between changes -- choppy, not fluid. And this guy can't sing in tune. This performance really corrupts the song. Why play it?
soooo he doesnt have a compression/sustain pedal lol, that is not inferior guitar work its a different tone, i dig the pumpkins but htis isnt bad dont hate
the sustain between those notes has NOTHING to do with a sustain pedal. It's merely an issue of Corgan using a glissando, sliding into each note instead of isolating them, i.e., muting them after being played.
My hi-hat broke at the 1:25 mark, fixed it on the fly. My guitarist destroyed his amp head at the head of this song. G00d T1m3z!
