it's just that she ends a lot of her songs with a flattened 7th note where you're expecting the tonic or keynote. it's a blues type thing. you hear it in blues harp playing all the time.

Not stupid at all, you taught me something. I went and looked it up because I was curious. Now I have to go look up everything else you said. lol. I know less about music than I thought. I sing okay and play piano really bad. That's my music skill.
