Not being racist, but what is it with Asians and cooking things alive? Do they enjoy watching animals in pain or something? All other races generally KILL things before we cook them...
There is a kitchen utensil that is handy for flipping, grabbing, and turning food in a pan, they are called Tongs. Would be easier than using scissors.
I don't want to sound like a little bitch but slowly letting them roast on indirect heat, and not putting them in boiling water first is pretty horrible... I subscribed because of your fish videos, I thought you liked animals but this is a bit :-/
