I attend this school. Have no pity for these students, they are looking for attention anyway they can. The first they demanded from the school was amnesty before they started protesting. I am ashamed to say I attend school with these 22 year old children.

I wonder what the cops were thinking was going to happen. I've talked to cops at protests before, and sometimes they've been convinced by their higher-ups that protesters are planning violence. Pretty sure that college occupiers were not planning any such thing. I think that's why the police overreact so much sometimes -- they've been told lies.
