I've tried in vain to get Top Gear seasons on DVD, why in hell on earth is it so hard? The DVDs I have found have costed mt any additional $450 because I had to buy a DVD player that would play the god&$^% format! I am thankful you are here on youtube but please, in the name of god, be like the whores that run American capitalism and release every season of top gear on DVD, I sweart to god I will buy them, twice.

Duh! Are you taling about region coding? Sorry but most DVD players can be re-set to play any region. It's normally done through a set of key presses on the DVD remote.

Google DVD hacks or type your DVD player make and model knto google with region hack in the ssearch

Really, well do me a favor and let the good people at Best Buy & Circuit City know because after going to 6 stores, from Hilton Head South Carolina to Savannah Georgia, all said the same thing "Look on the internets and you'll have to order one from a specialty dealer, whom I dont know" Thanks for the help though, and let me know if you come up with anymore ideas regarded the BBCs failure to provide suited Region season DVDs to people that dont live in Australia or the UK. Yes, good show guys! It's hard for me to be around when BBC Canada airs new Top Gear shows, so I'm usually relegated tow watching clips and shows on here to catch up on the things you guys are doing. My fave episode so far the Arctic one to the north pole. I've never been that far north, just north of 72 so hats of to you guys. Hopefully we can get to see you folks in Canada as I'd love to see you folks in person. Keep up the good work!

It will be interesting to see what they make of the format, usually the first thing the US TV execs do is gut the show of anything even mildly offensive which just cuts the balls off the show and then it dies because it's not funny anymore.

I'm gonna wait and see before I pass judgment on the US version, however I doubt they will be as honest about cars they don't like as the UK version because all their money for the show comes from advertising and they won't want to upset the money men.

The show really is one of my favorite shows of all time, the music, the high production value the genuine friendships, the cars, the whole thing, I am going to try to watch the US version with an open mind but they have huge shoes to fill.(they will most likely fail)

But dont think I'm complaining, 75% of all americans have absolutely no concept of Europe or the UK or anything for that matter; so when I go to buy my Magazine: they think its $3.75 because they dont know the difference between the Pound Symbol and the Dollar Sign.
