How to do this:

1) have Evisceration and Pyrrhic Kleos, of course.

2) Have Level 4-5 Reverse Flourish Merits

3)Have Haste Samba up, as shown in the video

Optional:

Saber Dance and capped Haste Samba help you achieve a better shot at getting the TP fast enough.

Have fun solo-skill chaining Darkness and show those SAMs who's boss!

@SuperBreezyWeezy joytoy is the crappiest weapon a dnc could use. you have to wear full acc gear for it to even hit so basically you waste time instead of using haste gear and saber dance

@JamesyRawrs Full acc gear? Really..? Um I had no trouble at all back when I still used Joyeuse with accuracy, and I barely had any real ACC gear at all. Bout the only thing that would give me trouble hitting were THF mobs, Dancer may have low skill with swords but they make up for it with their Natural Accuracy bonus and since joyeuse double strikes often it really helps your TP gain, its certainly not needed, no, but it helps.

I don't believe there is a way to change resolutions on consoles. If you're running an HDMI connection into an LCD or Plasma TV you are getting the best your Xbox360 can put out.

Type Regedit in the run command located in the start menu, then goto HKLM->software->PlayOnlineUS(i­f in USor US ver)->SquareEnix->FinalFantasy­XI. On the right hand side you'll see files 0003 and 0004 those are the texture resolution DWords. You can double click on them and change the Value Data. the highest default value is 400, if you have a strong enough graphics card you can change this to 800 and get 2048. There are more resolutions available, feel free to experiment.

I've set mine at 3072, and am forcing 16xQ AA with all the goodies turned on. Looks way better than Xbox version. Yours looks pretty nice as well, if you've got a really good video card (GTX280+ or Radeon 4870) you can bump up bg res even higher. I'll try to get a video up of mine, my last video suffered from my poor encoding skillz, but I've managed to do better since.

That one was on my old PC, I've built up a new one running a Radeon HD 4950, i7 Processor, 12GB DDR3 Ram on Windows 7 64 Beta. So it looks alot better now then it did in that video. =D

The config program that comes with the game allows a max texture resolution of 1024x1024 if you go into registry you can actually change certain values and get higher res.

If you play on PC you should have a FFXI config tool under your All Programs -> POL ->FFXI folders in your start menu.
