PC awesome choice! I tried the consoles. Had the same problem, most games were short-lived. Some exceptions: Gta Vice City, San Andreas, thats it really. I stick to PC for my entertainment. This video is true for Halo. I was a huge Halo 3 fan, I looked forward to playing as the ODST, but was disappointed by the recycled multiplayer. What's the point? You payfor the previous maps and then this comes out... Some people on here are just too ashamed to admit that.

I'm actually playing a few PS1 RPGs that ALL take 40+ hours to beat when skipping bonus material/replaying different paths. Their stories are gripping and the dialog itself is entertaining. RPGs could never get away with skimping on story or they would be thrown aside.

I love shooters a lot, but sometimes they just get away with being half-assed when they pull stupid shit like ODST or Left 4 Dead 2. Shooters shouldn't halfass gameplay or add 2 extra things. They need to push the boundaries.
