  • @DarkxAngelxLeah No, but you need to have fb to be in the private chat room. However you get the meal plan and workout schedule which is what will get you the results you need!

  • @shreyalovesedward Did you gain it within a month or so? If you want to lose weight you have to make a lifestyle change. You must do things completely differently than you do them now. Look me up on my site and join my INNER CIRCLE and end your yo you battle with losing weight!

  • @Michelle1998320 One pound equals roughly 3500 calories. And I very much doubt this workout burns more than 300 cal. Even if you do it 3 times in a row, that is only 21 minutes. To burn 600 cal, most people would have to run fast for 45 minutes or jog slowly for 60 minutes. It's a great workout to get toned, but I'd highly recommend more strenous cardio and lots of it to really burn fat if you want to lose weight.

  • @Msmademoiselle91 It true this is not a cardio workout it is a sculpting workout and you need proper nutrition, cardio and sculpting to get the best results :)

  • @Michelle1998320 3600 kcal = 1 pound of fat, you would need to reduce you starchs because they impede the body from using the fat reserves and do my workout schedule which will create calorie burning and muscle toning :)

  • @xTHiNkPiNk Your body sweats because when your muscles work they create heat and your body sweats to cool the body down. The more you work the muscles, the more calories and fat you burn and the more you sweat :)

    just try it, without even stressing 'ohhh, i NEED to drop 2 lbs or dress sizes!' and just do them, believing in these workouts, but most of all believing in YOURSELF, saying that you will LOVE YOURSELF no matter what on earth your weight is, and that you can do anything if you just put your mind to it.

    i know i know, it sounds cheesy, but seriously, i dont think i wouldve lost a section of my love handles without it! =)

  • @southernbellJP I'm training already second week every day for 40 minutes (combinate few videos of amazing Tiffany) and look wonderful in my new dress! belly is almost flat, booty is in amazing tonus) and i stiil eat as usual, no diet!!! if i start a diet, i'll be ready for modeling i think hh

    so start right now, u'll see and feel the difference for surrrrrre.
