@janderson65 She wasn't a very good prosecutor to begin. It was determined by a panel from the 1tth circit court of appeals that she played "fast and loose" with ethics. In a triple murder case she failed to turn over evidence to the defense which pointed to other suspects, In fact they stated it was very likely that Grace had knowingly used flase information during the trial.

OK She threw away a bloody pillow with his DNA, baby photos, documents, toys, baby clothes, even a sonogram photo from when she was pregnant - these items were found discarded in her trash just days after he went "missing" - she was obviously guilty, she tried to get rid of evidence that he ever lived there. HOW can people say she is innocent?? I believe she needed help, but I feel she killed her baby and that is what prompted her suicide.

Melinda refused to cooperate with the police. She refused to answer simple questions from the media. She went on a local radio show the morning of the day she killed herself pretending to be her own sister and asking people to listen to that evening's NG show. If she were so emotionally distraught by the questioning, it's highly unlikely that she would ask people to listen in. She was caught in a web of her own lies and saw no other way out, IMO.
