@Eguerrerofan302 It's been two years and you probably don't care anymore, but it's from a game called Shin Onigashima on NES, only in Japan, and it's actually a compilation of 2 different songs from the game remixed.

It's unfortunate that it was only released in Japan because it looks like a very interesting game ):
