  • Why don't these kind of events are given on poor 3rd world countries? Australia? New Zealand? US? Spain? What about the people who really need to wake up?

  • The Course in Miracles says "All hatred is self-hatred". It is ego-driven.

  • hey aleph, forgot a few...you 3AM porn watchin, allday hangover havin, blue plate special searchin, shower curtin spunkin, pennies for gas rollin, fat ass fuckin, no condom usin, bride at the alter leavin, low down, double dealin larcenous perverted little wanker. YOU ARE MY MUSE [ in your little uneducated AND more importantly ignorant world......... muse means BITCH] give me more dumbass

  • hey, aleph, this wonder needs no defense. if you hate what you hear then return to your bmw lovin, fag suit and tie wearin, uptown condo wantin, big bought tit fuckin, fake ass limo rentin, $500 cologn wearin, sweaty fag gym goin, $16 an hour parkin spot payin, attitude smog havin, bananna republic suit buyin. life. the message is WE DONT CARE

  • i am 45 years old. i am everything that is wrong with my world. this woman is speakng a language i think i understand. she calms me by her voice alone.

  • Just another self-obsessed lightweight, offering pop psychological pablum and pseudo-spirituality to the lost and needy. How low do you have to be sitting to put someone like this up on a pedistal, believing they've got the answers that you don't?

  • @aleph1235813 I feel sorry for you. Good luck in your search for whatever it is you're looking for.

  • @aleph1235813

Just another cynical anonymous on the internet..consider what she says here,.its not mystical its a different viewpoint. its about realizing where your negative thoughts and habits come from. psychological pablum? you mean something like freud's work? pseudo spirituality? she confronts the topic with solid reason. she mentions god but that is her belief, not mine. get past trivial things and look at substance if you want to appear as smart as you try to project to us.

  • Her presentation is painful to listen to. Why do these spiritual types think they have to always talk under their breath? Does that make you more spiritual to whisper all the time, like you are going to hurt someone with the power of your voice. Learn to talk properly.

  • @LordShandor hahaha! =D Speaking softly happens naturally when you feel fully at peace and relaxed.

  • @NeryMurcia Speaking under your breath is annoying and bad for your vocal chords. She doesn't look at pewce to me, she looks horribly miserable, like someone who was raped and can't get past it. I see a major chip on her shoulder, not enlightenment.

  • @LordShandor lmfao she might be a li'l sick too

  • @LordShandor i have been to prison because i wasnt heard THE FIRST TIME. when people speak one must listen. THE FIRST TIME. i hope this helps you

  • to be what I am is the most comfortable thing in the world.

  • Durga-Kali! ..:)

  • You can change anything if you come to acceptance of who you are, then get off your psychological and spiritual ass and change it.

  • @Vanlavak some people are afraid to be themselves. so it is difficult to accept who they are. How do they get rid of the fear when they have deep scars?

    its not simple.

  • davesh, why are you so angry? Maybe you should take a deeper look into your anger..

  • I like her

  • she's so seductive with her deep, sultry, wise voice. but she's not seducing you to sex. it's like she's seducing you to surrender & enlightenment.

  • She is speaking to her audience: rich elite housewives who have had issues with being rich, beautiful, and divorced . Most still get checks from their rich fathers every month. Gangaji's self hatred has been transformed into hating her Texas background ( American Christian) and replacing it with another religion from a foreign soil (india), to really make Daddy mad.

  • @xwaystranger If you'd been to one of her gatherings, you'd know that your generalization about the people there is completely wrong. And your assumption that her motivation in embracing "another religion" is motivated by the desire to "really make Daddy mad" implies that everyone who ever changes the views they were raised with does it just to "make Daddy mad." What a sad, limited view of reality you have. Can I assume that you still completely embrace everything that Daddy taught you?

  • @davehshs I went to her first gatherings in San Rafael, when she became Gangaji (1994). She still only goes to gatherings in the rich elite areas each year, including San Rafael. Those are her volunteers. She changed her views often from her Texas Christian upbringing. From Merle, she had Zen Years and buddhist years, before her real estate went up in SF and on to the trustfund island of Hawaii. Then that luxury vacation that is required of all rich elite...to India. Maybe she hasn't changed!

  • @xwaystranger Most people on a serious spiritual search go through a number of beliefs in their search for the truth. Mostly, the people who never change their spiritual beliefs are the dogmatists who never seriously question their beliefs. They tend to just believe whatever Mommy and Daddy taught them.

  • @davehshs Leaders who are on an intended spiritual search have never joined any collective cults. They are spiritual guides at Conception. Their path shows a consistent pattern. Merle's pattern is a typical sampling of frozen religions, just like any regular person with money and time on their hands. The Dalai Lama knew his path, Jesus knew his path, buddha knew his path. She is not a Leader, only another elite pretender who is fairly good at therapy and processing for rich women.

  • @xwaystranger So you've decided that all who are truly awakened must be so at birth. Guess that leaves the rest of us out, and we may as well quit trying. Personally, I've found Gangaji quite helpful. (And I don't worship her or anyone else.) And by the way, I'm a man, of very modest means. Also, there are a number of spiritual teachers whose messages don't do much for me. But I can see that they help others and feel no need to judge them just because their message isn't meant for me.

  • @davehshs I haven't decided. The Tibetans look for the next Dalai Lama from newborn children. Christ was conceived by an Angel. And buddha was conceived by a sacred elephant. When you are named Gangaji and take the trappings of a Guru or spiritual master, you place yourself into a very special lineage. True. There has never been another enlightened buddha no matter how long a person meditates. You can be spiritual, but to proclaim yourself as an Enlightened Being like Merle is nonsense.

  • @xwaystranger I've never heard her proclaim herself "enlightened." Of course, who knows what being "enlightened" means. No doubt, you are interpreting some things she has said in a way that allows you to criticize her for not measuring up to your personal definition of "enlightenment." In my observation, people who make an issue of who is and is not enlightened are saying a lot more about themselves than about the people they criticize and evaluate.

  • @davehshs" In my observation, people who make an issue of who is and is not enlightened are saying a lot more about themselves then about the people they criticize and evaluate". I couldn't agree more about Gangaji.

  • It doesn't get any simpler. This is love, that quality of being which allows us to meet everything, even that which terrifies us most.

  • thank you

  • eli jaxon bear is so lucky to have such a wonderful rare being to share his life with

  • i love this womans qualities .

  • Cool

  • Guilt, the condition as is learned and as instructed by parents, church and society.

Nothing is good or bad thinking makes it so.

  • @davidpeterscqa And as a result of truly realizing that "nothing (the world produces) is good or bad", one understands true virtue - which can also be called Love from beyond the Mind. Then, one actually become unable to do "bad" things..which some people have difficulties to understand. They say, "if nothing is good or bad, heck, then I can do bad things and feel good about it!". Yeah, not the case

However, sometimes people do act dreadful.. to compensate for their believe that something is bad

  • sometimes my stuff feels like the La Brea Tar Pits

  • wow, this is wonderful! thank you ;)

  • I could listen to Gangaji talk forever. Her presence, voice, and words always capture me completely.

  • A brilliant look into and through the shadow... and beyond ~

  • OMG, just last night (around 3 in the morning) I couldn't sleep, feeling like I had a black inky cloud hanging all around me. I remember thinking I needed something to deal with this, and what came to my mind was to send it love and light. I did, and now I find this video to affirm my own experience. Sometimes it just blows me away how these kinds of things happen!

    Ilana
