    stay out of the kitchen.

  • I have only started watching Hells Kitchen recently. Would you send me your Risotto recipe please. I am fasinated by the gunge your junior chefs try to send out.

  • Oh! PS - I also added about 2/3 of a cup of toasted and chopped walnuts to the mushroom mixture and it worked really well with the beef and added a nice texture tweek!

  • Found it a little bland, but with possabilities so I kicked it up a bit. Along with the mushroom I added crumbled cooked bacon, crumbled blue cheese and a large bag of blanched arugala that I squeezed dry. I also rubbed the beef with truffle oil first and lastly instead of using puff pastry, I wrapped it all up with my standard pie crust. WOW! Really put this recipe over the top!

  • Well, that's a first!!
