@MsnGirlie The cage she has is perfectly fine for this hamster, if it was a syrian it wouldn't be able to get through the bars, but it might have a tough time fitting throught the tubes. Plastic is ok if the item is a food bowl ir wheel. it wont hurt them but if you see the hamster chewing on it it should be removed from the cage. some fruits are okay, but not citrus fruits, every now and then a little strawberry or tomato is good for them. =) The cage is a very appropriate size. Wheel of wood?

But anyway she has a plastic cage and care fresh bedding and some treats I think may be a bit too big for her mouth but earlier I was holding her and she spit out alotttt of stored food into my hands so... you never know :D!!

Agreed With the Wheel, it seems little small, and the water bottle looks high, i normally have them on the side of that cage. But i have seen many cages with bottles like this, and they have got on fine with them.x :) Great Comment
