Also work on a variation of the flag in which your legs are up. I know you may have it by now but if not try that. Also I like that you are actually using correct grip, keep using that even though the other may feel like more leverage the overhand grip on the top hand is better.
Hey that seems like its taking you quite awhile and while you are getting better I think maybe if you did more handstand pushups handstands and just hold the bottom position for time. (look up human flag tutorial) the guys name is butter finger man. It helped me quite a but. I'm 190 lbs and I got a video of a good 3 to 4 sec hold check it out and how much do you weigh?
