in my pyrmid this is in it and i main base it but everytime we do the stunt she comes out of my hands and when they tell me to squeez she doesnt twist berly at all. how can i fix that?

@SuperBassL0v3 Make sure that when you set in your shoulders are up. Don't turn yourself too much, let your bases do most of the twisting, and stand up straight. Also, when they catch you make sure to keep your butt and shoulders up, don't lean back on your backspot. Hope this helps!(:

If you stay really straight in the air without bending your legs, it should be easy for your bases to catch you whan you land. Good luck!!

You are probably leaning your head back trying to twist yourself. Instead, just look the to the side you are turning to but keep your chin into shoulder. Dont lift it past your shoulder. Flyer has too much weight in her feet! You do not need that big of a bounce to do a 360. keep weight in arms and bases make sure to spin and flick to top. Make sure to spin upward and not forward. Flyer squeeze your hiney and make sure shoulders and hips and toes are all aligned in the spin!
omg haha this was good. my team is doing this, this year and i was trying it for the first time the other day and my bases dropped me just like flat out dropped me on my knees. my friend said it didnt even look like they tried to catch me and it hurt so bad. they told me i pushed them out.. is that even possible to push your bases out when your in the air? cause idk how i did it
im a baser, and it is possible to pushh your basers outt especially in a 360 but thet should still have caught you cus they're supposed to catch no matter whatt. & what about your backspottt she or he didnt catchh you ?? justt stay tight so that they wont have any excuse to why they didnt catchh you :)

yous hould try full ups since you have the 360 if you look at my videos the one that says HS routine we do full ups in it. they raise your difficulty alot (:
im also a main base for many stunts including this one. it is very difficult to learn how to keep a hold of her foot. we just learn a 360 stop at the top. you do a 360 and stop in an extension! anywho, when your right hand is backwards ( idk how else to explain? lol) keep that grip very tight. it is also easier if you slide your hand a little father towards her toe because she has more room to spin.
@lolallthetime28 the hand that is rotated around holds her foot and the other hand lets go to catch again. also put a lot of power in when you throw. and make sure that the back and secondary base catches the foot. hope that helps :)
you should probably press that all the way to the extension, and flyer make sure you have your weight in your arms while they are double bouncing. lock your legs out during the full around also. good job guys!
the flyer needs to be a bit more comfortable with here turns she needs to know that the basers will ketch her because if shes ore focused on her basers ketching her she wont be able to do the full spin!! just a bit of advise now saying u guys r bad because u guys did great and tried ur best!!!
i dont feel like the flyer is supposed to let her legs go up to her chest when the bases are bouncing before going up... she should keep tension and her lefts stiffly bent so she can get more momentum and a stronger lift.... but overall, it's good.
Can you please tell me any tips and the bases grips for this? Do you know for certain that this is legal for high school according to AACA and the National Federation? Thanks so much for your help!

When you're doing the 360 all you have to do is stay super tight, keep your legs together, and spin up and spin with your hip not your shoulder

bases start with your leg straight so you get more of a bend and can lift flyer easier, but was very neat and strong, good job!
