ALL heroin and any non raw-plant material (or non natural-form, i.e. oils secreted by a plant, such as raw opium are still natural) drug is synthetic. In order for it to not be plant material, the drug has to be synthesized from natural ingredients, hence the term "synthetic" - heroin and any opiate aside from raw opium is synthetic.
