I do think perhaps her hair could have got caught in the blades if you are standing anywhere close to it. even my hair has gotten caught many times with table fan. i had to turn off the fan. I dont think she walked into the propeller. If she did, she would be in worser condition. it hit her face from the side. her hand tried to avade the blade. that means she was trying to avoid the propeller and not walking into it and it was dark.

This wasn't 'God's will'. The tragedy that happened to Ms. Scruggs is a classic example of how trials and tribulations befall us all. Jehovah is the God of love. To help prove our importance to Him, Matthew 10:30 brings out, "But the very hairs of YOUR head are all numbered". Jehovah God permits the suffering we encounter, but He is not the cause of it. His name means, 'He causes to become'. He can and will become anything or do anything necessary to help us endure the trials we encounter.
Love this, though Lauren may be physically damaged her faith will grow and impact so many more. This life is only a breath, all will be restored when Jesus returns. Praying for the Scruggs in this time of sweet tragedy. Much love for the video Matty!

Anyway, Paul did not write a single sentence in the New testament. The Letters of Paul were written in the 2nd Century 165 years after the crucifixion. There are no first hand authors that lived in the time of Jesus. The fairy tales you Sunday School Teachers pass off as fact, are just that. Do some research.
Baylor University is one of the top Baptist authorities on the planet. History of Theology did more to undermine my faith than everything else combined. Most of the books of the New testament were written more than 400 years after Christ died. Do some factual research then come back and tell Paul wrote 75% of the NT. What the world sees as something God did to her, we as believers see this as something God has done for her. While sorrowful and horrific, God uses tragedy for triumph. You see, my man, we live in a broken, fallen world and our hope is not here on this earth. we have an inheritance waiting for us..

I could do would be to say a Bin Laden or Hussein. In a second on the road to Damascus Paul was converted to Christianity through the Holy Spirit and ended up writing over 75% of the new testament in order to testify that God's spirit saves whom he wants and is irresistable. You may think that you could be the most staunch athiest but God can save you in an instant and literally in a moments notice you could read your comments and want to throw up and some of the things you said..I shall pray

Wow your theology history is kind wacked. As a graduate from Baylor University I had to take "New Testament" for three long miserable months. Anyway, Paul did not write a single sentence in the New testament. The Letters of Paul were written in the 2nd Century 165 years after the crucifixion. There are no first hand authors that lived in the time of Jesus. The fairy tales you Sunday School Teachers pass off as fact, are just that. Do some research.

Baylor University is one of the top Baptist authorities on the planet. History of Theology did more to undermine my faith than everything else combined. Most of the books of the New testament were written more than 400 years after Christ died. Do some factual research then come back and tell Paul wrote 75% of the NT. Spewing none sense like that really discredits your argument.

who died for sinners on the cross.. u see we are all born into sin through Adam and Eve's sin in the garden, separated from God. But he made a way to satisfy his wrath through Jesus on the cross. And now our sins are covered, so nothing that comes into our life is punitive. Anything but eternal separation from the Lord Jesus is Grace. That is eternity with God in the heavens. yes, this is and was God's will for Lauren's life. and we all know that Lauren is a beautiful girl, inside and out. Our external beauty can be taken from us but the Lord looks at the heart, my man. It sounds cliche but that is really where true beauty lies. She did nothing. As believers in Jesus, nothing that comes to us is God's punishment because all of his wrath towards sinners was taken on through the broken body and shed blood of Jesus christ..

We do not know exactly what the Lord has in store for his servants but we know that the apostle Paul continues to exhort us that God uses suffering to wean us off the world and onto him. What the world sees as something God did to her, we as believers see this as something God has done for her. While sorrowful and horrific, God uses tragedy for triumph. You see, my man, we live in a broken, fallen world and our hope is not here on this earth. we have an inheritance waiting for us..

I went through 10 years of infertility and now have my adopted son. He was worth the pain. You are so in my prayers. The Lord is so mighty!!!

Brought tears to my eyes...but I can't help but wonder why such awful pain & hurt is given to anyone...I pray that God takes her pain away--immediatly. I can't stand even a little pain...I pulled some back muscles last year and it was excruciating...this must be horrendous!! It just doesn't seem right...she certainly did not deserve this. I hope everyone prays and that all prayers are answered asap.
