Good, I like that you share this video, I wish success always the Mayor is consulting Londoners on what you can do to adapt to the impacts of climate change.
Oh yes, lets all believe boris, the guy that promised he would abolish the congestion charge if he was made mayor!, i dont recall him saying he would up the price of it instead, considering they are public roads they should be free full stop,
he is just another scaremongerer with a view to raking in millions from unproven garbage using the scare tactics hoping that people will willingly be mugged by green taxes, just another typical thieving politician plain & simple.
Climate change is undoubtedly a fact, just as it has been for millions of years. When I took my degree in environmental studies in the early 70's we were told that the previous 50 years had been the most stable on record. Going back to when I was a lad during the 40's and 50's we were told that we were approaching another ice age. You pay your money and take your choice and adapt as and when you can. We will not outwit nature.
Yes - but it's not nature we have to outwit - it's the loonies like Boris who think they can prevent natural climate change by taxing and regulating us back to the stone-age. It won't change the weather but it'll make us all poorer (except for the climate profiteers and green parasites)

I take it some stupid "climate-change-isn't-happening" site sent all you lot over here to comment?
The video doesn't actually say anything particularly controversial. "London is going to get hotter, drier and be at greater risk of flooding". If you don't believe with *that* then you clearly have your head buried in the sand.
We've just had one of the coldest winters on record. As for rainfall - there's been no trend up or down. Storms? Again the latest papers show no detectable trend. Temperatures? Falling since 2000 and it was warmer during the 1930's, the Medieval and Roman warm periods - with no man-made CO2 to blame. Just natural variation.
I suggest you don your 'The End of The World is Nigh' sandwich board and join Boris for a long walk down a short pier.
It can very easily get hotter and drier if it's going to flood. That is a bizarrely stupid thing to say. It get drier, it rains less overall, but when it does rain it comes in big heavy bursts which our drains can't cope with. Simple.
There is no money being made from Climate Change. It is going to cost us billions of Pounds in lost GDP, effects on agriculture and the added cost of getting out infrastructure ready for it. If we wanted to make money we'd lower taxes on energy.
@Arpington what do you mean there is no money being made?,dont make me laugh!, have you seen the green taxes added on gas & electricity bills?, have you seen the green taxes added to flying?, have you seen that Al Gore is nearly a billionaire selling carbon credits?, all these things have one thing in common, rich people getting richer by selling air,
as for the rain it doesnt always come in heavy bursts so i dont know where you got that one from,& the reasons drains cant cope is because,,,,cont
cont,,,,,, the water companies have been raking in millions for decades keeping shareholders happy, yet the sewers are still stuck in the victorian age while londons overpopulation is overloading it so dont blame the normal weather,
So before you imply what i say as "bizarrely stupid" look at life outside your mudhut instead of spouting ridiculous assuptions.
Hey Boris, try googling ClimateGate, GlacierGate, AmazonGate, DisasterGate or AfricaGate.
The IPCC and their reports have been thoroughly discredited as nothing more than a bunch of scare stories assembled from WWF propaganda and climate profiteering lobby groups.
How about tackling some real issues instead: islamic terrorism, the overcrowded underground, poor provisions for cyclists, air polution. This is what we elected you to sort out - not to spout this lefty claptrap.
I Love The Video It Can Increase My Knowledge the Mayor is consulting Londoners on what you can do to adapt to the impacts of climate change.

@HarryWood perhaps you should get your head out of the sand, or havent you seen the reports lately of the discredited IPCC as well as the MET OFFICE,
& tell me oh wise one, how can it get hotter & drier if its going to flood?
you might like this new money making religion perhaps you might be one of the people who are going to make money from it,
as no rational thinker can possibly believe this claptrap.
