His technique is there, it just isn't pretty to look at. (most of that's on his size) He's a Miletich boy. If you think he doesn't train to be well rounded, you're fucking retarded.

You have to play to your strengths though, and Tim's are his hands and natural reach. He's looking to lurch around awkwardly and catch you with something.

I have no idea why people dislike Tim. Until he fought Randy I believe he was 23-2, then won one and lost 3 in a row which was a big slump but now hes up 2 again. The guy might not be the best, and he might not look pretty. But at 26-6 hes still a solid fighter. Not top 10 but he should get a lot more respect than he does.

I agree with the washboard abs. But, I don't think he is a great fighter. I'm not saying I could beat him, but, he isn't fast, he isn't athletic and his personality and attitude suck. I like a lot of fighters with out super physiques (fedor, karo, bj penn). I actually like those guys more because they have fighter bodies and don't look like ken doll. But, I think tim won because of his size and reach. Noguiera destroyed him in seconds on the ground..... seconds!

I can respect that. But, the people that I don't like (hughes, silvia, sanchez). They interview poorly and they sound like fools. But, ultimately if they fight well then what does it matter? A lot of people don't like them for their arrogance, but if you listen to what they say they are incredibley articulate and know how to push buttons.
