I can't do anything like that. My eye-shape will not allow me to layer like that. I've tried (see my video) and it just don't work. Your eye makeup in this video is gorgeous. I've always had the problem with liquid eyeliner getting all over my eyes. I'm perusing through youtube for tips to help me with that. Great vid though.

@twlilsis8775 pencil eyeliner for under the eye. No special brush for the eyeliner, just a really skinny one.  You can use a really small paint brush. And yes, it was a white eyeliner pencil first.

@migigi225 yes, the NYX base is pretty good. Urban Decay's Primer Potion is really great as well for a basic eye shadow primer.

I'm so glad you recreated Michelle Phan's look. I am also a dark skinned lady (and a Michelle Phan fan) and thought I wouldn't be able to wear those kind of colors. But you proved me wrong!
