If not for the utter abolition of blood and guts, this castrated, embarrassment-inspiring 'homage' to the graphic novel demonstrates that Ultraviolet COULD otherwise effortlessly have been an epic chapter in the action genre.

Tragically, the singularly pathetic individuals responsible for its neutering didn't immediately die upon its first viewing.

I agree with Freddirector here. Kurt Wimmer made Equilibrium, which was a awesome film. In this movie, we get a confusing plot, bad acting, and a poor script. And, if you break someone's arm or leg, they will not pass out or die. Seriously, all she does is break people's arms and legs, and they are instantly incapacitated.

I love the movie!

first time I saw it was the UNRATED version, then I saw the cinema version and started hating SONY. I loved the movie just the way it was, the lack of scream and soldiers blood splashes are a nice touch in my opinion.

I have the UNRATED version on DVD, and I wish they release it on blu-ray someday(as theres only the cinema version on b-ray).

Hope Kurt come up with another GREAT movies and cast witch another GREAT actors as well.
