If a nation pays for something built on it's soil, it can claim it as their own. Apple computers are 'designed' in California, yet are built in China. East Asians don't have the highest, but they do have the highest average IQ, highest IQ is still held by a white person. Avg IQ East Asians comes in first with European whites come in second. to caroline82891, Chinese aren't cocky at all, I think they are pretty hardworking and nice people. What I feel is wrong if that your English sucks, and most Americans spell bad, which is a shame since English is our 1st language. I have seen lots of Asians who speaks multiple languages and spells better than Americans. I am in fact an American but sometimes I do feel embarrassed by all these.
