Meh, I gave up replying to stupid comments like that a while ago. Age is relative, but they'll either figure that out by the time their 30th birthday is just around the corner or never at all, just like everyone else, so I don't bother pointing it out.
...other than this time, I guess. Oops. Thanks, though!
are you actually going to review it though? it was a kewl vid... please make another review ^_^ (and im 12 but im much more mature and smarter ;) then the others hehe )
Nope. Is 17-21 the age range for shooting zombies? Yikes! I'd only have 4 years in which to pack it all in. Imagine how hectic that'd be, especially with all that distracting schoolwork, etc. Then what, sell all my video games on my 21st birthday? Nah, I'm gonna be 85 years old telling my grandkids, "Damn you kids with your holograms and your brainternet! Why, back in my day we had to push buttons if we wanted to kill zombies! Now where's my trusty old DS with the attached magnifier?!"
wow....that is funny im gunna be like "Damn you kids with your holograms and your brainternet! Why, back in my day we used to kill zombies with a unreal gun now yer all with
your fancy things killing zombies! Now weres my trusty Snes
Haha!...noob. I was pwning my older brother on the Atari 2600 when you were just a lecherous look in your old man's eye, my friend.
Though the PC version's controls are nice, and Steam is always convenient, the 360 version can't be beat when it comes to a superior social experience. For a game with such a heavy co-op focus, that ends up being more important to me.
That maybe the case when it comes to playing with randoms (if you like playing with annoying 12 yo boys that is). But when it comes to actually playing through the campaign with you friends whilst on voice chat, you cant deny the PC version is far superior in every way (it is developed by Valve after all).
Except that none of my friends have the PC version, they all have the 360 version. ...as do their friends and so on. The good thing about the early weeks/months of a popular online multiplayer game (even on the 360) is that if you end up with a team full of screaming kids there's enough people playing so that you can just quit and find another, more civil game. That said, I still haven't ventured out beyond games with friends and friends-of-friends, so I haven't needed to mute anybody, etc.
Also, Valve develops their 360 ports in house. I think they did a good job with L4D. The lobby system is actually convenient as opposed to their annoying system on Orange Box's TF2...not that it stopped me from playing! The only thing I feel like I'm missing from without the PC version is the constant updates, (new maps, etc.). Maybe someday MS will greenlight that kinda stuff, but I'm not holding my breath.
I did get it back on Friday after a minor struggle with UPS. It works great, but some of my DLC doesn't work when offline, even after following their instructions on how to avoid that problem. I'll get it figured out, though.
I better. This is prime gaming season in one of the best years to date. AND I'm missing out on that Foo Fighter album on Rock Band. AND the NXE with Netflix...even if Sony is being a petulant 4 year old with their movies. AND Fallout 3 AND Mirror's Edge AND Gears 2. The list goes on.
However, MS is fixing it for free, so I guess it could be a whole lot worse. Just frustrating. Oh well.
that sucks 4 you

Good thing too, since what you got was 30 Year Old Married Guy.
Also, I'm nowhere near as funny or awesome as Steve Carell, though it's nice of you to take the time to comment and suggest a similarity.
Thanks for watching!

You will get the updates, but I wouldn't expect them as soon as the pc and they certainly wont be free. Anyway, enjoy your gamepad =P
