They were arrested because this was an ILEGAL demonstration, by blocking the route to an IAF base and distrubing fellow citizens.

By the Israeli law, the gathering of more than 10 (thus - 11 or more) people in one place while demonstrating for a certain agenda without the proper permission from the authoroties (such a permission is quite easy to get, even if you want to object the IDF actoins) is ilegal.
