As kabuto said in the latest naruto manga when he revived madara it was a special. Meaning kabuto did something to make another madara. Tobi on the other hand has obito's body and madaras mind the original one maybe through a mind transfer or something to obtain youth or a longer lifespan.and plus if madara's mind or madara isn't tobi then who is? the only possible face that connects to tobi was obito only and obito even if he survived he doesnt have ant reason to destroy konoha.

I think the naruto series should definitely end with Orochimaru, maybe shippuden can end with Madara/and Tobi, but the 3 installment should end with Orochimaru. Orochimaru is the most bad ass bad guy there is in Naruto, he nearly destroyed the Leaf village and he killed the 3rd hokage and nearly killed the 5th. Orochimaru is a TRUE villain, he wants nothing but destruction, as to where tobi only wants to create an illusion of a peaceful world.

Here is what i think

Me and a friend came up with the idea perhaps that while against the idea of teaming up with naruto. Sasuke will team up with him long enough to fight the masked man who was later revealed in the manga that he wasnt madara at all but rather nobody. Anywho my thoughts are that while fighting the masked man maybe sasuke will take a mortal blow for nartuo like he did back when they fought haku and zabuza and like you said naruto will feel sasuke and finally be able to beat him.

@DragonofApollo I also think that seeing as naruto has mastered the kyuubis chakra and is able to use the bijuu bomb or almost being able to use it i'm thinking that if at all possible naruto and the masked man will have one final clash to where they push and give their all.. A power struggle if you will. Regardless i am hoping that this ending or a cliff hanger however kishimoto decides to leave it will leave us all satisfied.
