@MegaKilt well hell man its one squad that fucks up and you blame our entire military. apperently their sargent is to blame because he never took command to make sure they take up there places. he needs to get repromanded for that. but there seems to have been prior military activity in the background already so maybe they were the detail coming in to fill up any security gaps after a raid was over. people dont usually think about this stuff only whats in hand but never under it.
The whole ass end should fall down and the soldiers should pick up their feet as they stepped over the lip of where it fits the hull. Can more than one guy get out at a time if it falls into a canal?
How about firing ports? Eastern block soldiers get to play too when the can is buttoned up.
Why don't they change the angle on the slat armor so that the RPG strikes would be lessened below their current 50% effectiveness.
lol canada has been using these "Strykers" (we call them lavs) for years. and we barely have any casualties. dont blame our ingenuity for your troops lack of professionalism
LAVs are a SWISS design not Canadian; they are road-bound, thin-skinned death traps that have resulted in Canadian losses. You are right about American incompetence evident here on this and many other videos. There are lots of smart Canadian officers who use light M113 Gavins (TLAVs) and medium Leopard tanks cross-country in Afghanistan; showing our light foot-sloggers in wheeled trucks as the idiots that they are. Did I mince my words any?
wow those guys had no sort of field arrangement at all. I would have came out the stryker in a crouched position with someone at least watching every corner of the street.
When you leave the wire of the FOB its "game on"...on the non-linear battlefield where the enemy is all around. When you dismount, you should bomb-burst and fan-out in all directions to get 360 degree security--unless going in a specific direction for a specific purpose--like being in the attack.
They are out having a good time with the money we bribed them to not attack us...could be watching these Stryker incompetents run out the back like Keystone Cops and get a good laugh....
Wow! My sargeant would have kicked me all the way home for that! Guys you have to make yourself a harder target and was that their officer wandering around in yellow kit? Jeez just paint a target on your back and be done with it.
Wow boys, talk about an aggressive stance! I'll bet the enemy is shaking in his sandals now.
No wonder you guys are losing so many men over there, you look more like you're there on safari not at war. Show some friggen aggression so the enemy has to think twice about attacking. Think Basic guys, thats why they teach it.
That dismount struck me as being VERY sloppy --- they just step out slowly, one at a time, and walk all over the place. THEN they start to get into formation.
That's ten guys all doing the same mistake. What the fuck was going on?
You need more discipline, americans.
