@Orfegas if you want the online play too, it's not too expensive and currently sold as 'Unreal Anthology' (that's a collected version of unreal 1 and 2, together with this game and the ut '99 goty version)

Between ThaGamer and Poisonedheart comments.I don't understand why UT3 is such a bad game.I played UT199 and UT3, but not UT04. I personally think UT3 is a lot better than UT99. Very gory, awesome physics too with smoother gameplay. I can't tell the difference in what considered to be "fun" gameplay though. But I am debating if I should get UT04.Is it truly a great game that it stands out from UT3 and UT1999 combined?Because the gameplay looks pretty much is the same to me.Just different style.

I played all the UTs since the '99 version and i liked all of them. There are small differences and improved graphics with the newer version. Lets hope they will make another one pretty soon. Looking forward to that ;)

Does anybody know if the demo onslaught maps are barely laggy for everyone or just my problem? Cuz all the maps are perfect except for the onslaught ones. They're just barely laggy but still take the fun out of it. I play the demo is it the demos fault or my computer? Someone please reply!

my demo ran smooth in onslaught. i run a 3.0 ghz ,pentium 4 processor with 1.5 gb of ram.160 gb hd. the full version runs smooth in single player but can be laggy with multiplayer . i found usuall the more players and the larger the map will cause lag. also you should check out ebay for a new full version of ut 2k4 i bought mine for around 8 bucks plus 6 or 7 bucks for shipping and got it in two days from ups.i spent about 16 bucks and im satisfied.i have the editors

UT3 has very, very dark graphics wich makes the game boring and btw UT3..... has NO gore and that takes all fun from the game.

Well, it has some gore, if u hit someone in his face with a flak cannon, u see pieces of flesh flying, and a lot of blood, but u are right, ut99 has much more gore, and ut3 is indeed dark...
