I said 177 on my response to the other guy, now its 176 flat. At my rate I should be at my targeted goal of 169 within a month which is perfect for me at 6ft, 1".
Yes at home. I peaked 278 & been busting my ass for almost 2 yrs to get to 177 now. Still need a gym to really get my lower & mid section (abs) toned as what I do at home isnt enough to fully wake'em up LOL.
@Intechdude300: My highest was 197 and that was through most of '09. As of March I've gotten to about 137. My weight loss came from food poisoning and stress due to psychological factors that lead to a decrease in my appetite. I got the food poisoning in the beginning of '10 and dropped from 190 something to 142 by Thanksgiving. Now that I've lost so much I feel a million times better. I have to try and keep it off since my dad has diabetes as did his father. But losing weight isn't easy!
I like to keep'em stock. I've been thinking of an Intake which. I need to research a bit on how I can adapt 1 from a cobra & keeping the MAF sensor working as it's integrated in upper part of the air filter housing. Its a mod that would add some growl & I can easily remove it if I ever wanted to sell the car.
now that you've got a Volvo do you ever think about or miss the Continental?
