What would you do if someone held YOUR kid responsable for death...

what would happen if they say you are a murderer from kids age..

what happens to justice if justice takes this seriously

what if you all let your kids ride their 3wheeler between cars busses etc.

what if you lost all common sense

child abuse... sue sue sue $ $ $ (i hope the family that blame the kid are christians, so they know where they go)

@dahwittetonnie seriously. I can't believe how screwed up the legal system is in America. Child molesters get SIX MONTHS probation after screwing up a child for the rest of their lives INTENTIONALLY, while an innocent 4 year old accidentally hits a woman and "kills" her (because she is ANCIENT to begin with!) and gets sued! And yes that poor little girl will have serious guilt issues for the rest of her life because of something she accidentally did when she was a toddler!!

@lavergatuya1 yes and I'm sure you were a perfect little angel when you were 4 and you never rode a bike or played outside, always looked both ways before crossing the street, and always on the lookout in case there were senior citizens around that might be tripped... -.-

4 year old kids HAVE to ride their bike on the sidewalk, if they have to ride their bike on the streets it REALLY would cause accidents on a daily base. Haven't we ALL learnt how to ride a bycicle on the sidewalk? One can't hold a 4 yr old responsible for their actions.

This is clearly an accident, and the lady passed away like 3 months later, so who says it wasn't because of her age? She was at a high age already.
