Have you been to see the doctor to test for diabeties, you will black out if you blood sugar is too low and if you blood sugar gets too high you can feel tired and lethargic. I know you have a sweet tooth cause you said so. Keep the regular exercise up cause that is good for you and necessary if you have type 2 diabeties. Also try and see a dietician they can set you on the right path as far as eating habits and can map out a good diet plan for your lifestyle.
Its probably a bit late now but you can get proper blister plasters which are clear and cushioned and awesome, they will provide the best environment for your blisters to heal. Ultimately if you are getting a lot of blisters, this is not normal, you could consider different shoes to run in (or different socks?) If you get sweaty feet you can try putting deoderant on them (when they are better not on sore skin ) pasta is carbohydrate btw protein is in dairy food, meat, poultry, fish, eggs, nuts .
@elind85 what kinds of foods have a lot of protein in them? Im not sure which ones do...i do sometimes have my feet in a bowl of cold water from time to time, depending on how sore they are after a run...thanks for the advice xxx
@the0siren0of0night dairy foods are high in protein: cheese, eggs, pasta, i always eat a lot of pasta before running marathons...as you run your muscle tissue develops tiny tears, this damage is what makes you feel sore. Your body uses protein to repair that damage, etc etc xx

if you load up on protein before running your body will recover faster, a cold bath can relieve soreness...
