Love that big black ring! In some interview she mentions wanting to try latin music in her own output...can't wait...hope she hears Lucha Reyes, Yma Sumac, that amazing "Afro Peruvian classics" CD...so much out there to get inspired by....

I am Yma Sumac's personal assistant (she turned 85 two weeks ago!) and I would LOVE to get some of her music to Annie, whom I have been an intense fan of for 24 years now! (I was 13 then). I will see Annie Lennox on the 11th of Otober, so maybe I can mention something to her after the show! Meanwhile, Annie's whole album can be heard on VH1's web site now! It is GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!
