If only United States used oil, and other countries used something else, it wouldn't be like this. But control of oil is control of growth. Like Age of Empires or War Craft, control enemy's resources, and you control enemy. Why you think they're in Iraq and Pipelanistan?

i have a great view of these pumps from my house, i live right off the bluffs here in bakersfield and you can litteraly see these pumps for miles, plus i do work in the oilfields.

Very well done. These pumps can be anywhere from 6 feet tall to fifty feet tall, and can pull a string of rod up and down from more than a mile down into the earth. They work on the same basic priciple as the old hand-pumps on a farm where you pump a lever that pulls a rod up and down until water comes out. Fascinating machines!
